Most waste is made of oil products, there is a technology for the
processing to convert the waste in a bio fuel by heating the waste.
The base installation works on the Pyrolyseproces principle and has a capacity of
20 tonnes per day. Other performances and abilities in our program are
50, 100 and 200 tonnes per day
This installation is suitable to produce for 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. This installation it is a commercially viable solution to the
waste problem.
Our Installation
1. Complete processing of the waste, solving the environmental problem,
in a continuous working Thermo Cracking installation.
2. It produces new energy (gas and bio fuel) with a high yield
(depending on the quality of the waste). The capacity that the
Thermo Cracking
plant can produce off 20 tonnes of waste per day is:
10 tonnes of oil,
4 tons syngas,
6 tonnes of char.
3. A portion of the gas is recycled back into the heat of the
Thermo Cracking
proces.
4. Increase in the recycling rate and a decrease in greenhouse gas
emissions.
5. Electricity (1.4 MW for 20 tons installation) generated by a
generator.
