Bio-tray™, a new generation of totally
Biodegradable disposable food containers.

The patented technology is a combination of wheat flour, cotton-
fibers and a catalyst formed under a combination of moisture, pressure, temperature and time.

Sales & IP's

100% Biodegradable single-use packaging:

Ideal for food & drink containers. Made without any use of harmful polymers or other plastics.

Bio Tray is the next generation of disposable food containers

Bio-tray can withstand temperatures up to 200° C and has a considerably higher structural integrity (for increased shock resistance) compared to all other starch based disposable products in the marketplace.

Bio Tray is the first product that has an adjustable decomposition rate and adjustable integral strength.

Bio Trays also have an excellent bio-degradability rate compared to all other disposable products currently available.

Bio Tray has a worldwide patent and a clear path to the disposable food tray market with a committed customer base-awaiting product.

The ongoing evolution of Bio Tray’s technology should enable further diversification and expansion when a master batch process for casting is developed. This “master batch polymer process” could be sold to global customers for their tray, or other production, that requires a biodegradable polymer with Bio- tray’s attributes.

 What is Bio tray?

Biodegradable single-use containers & packaging.

Benefits Bio-tray

Made of 100% WASTE cotton + flour. NO CO2 needed for the production

of basic resource (as opposed to refined oil or bio diesel crop).

CHEAPER than existing plastic containers

NO more LANDFILL. Bio-tray has adjustable bio-degradability.

The use of Bio-tray REDUCES the amount of PAPER-based products.

PROTECTION of RAINFOREST: NO more extra ground means no more

use of CHEMICALS (pesticides / insecticides) or DE-FORESTATION.
